Shipping & Returns

All the orders are processed from Monday to Friday. We ship through GLS or DHL and the typical delivery time is 1/2 working days in Italy and 4/5 working days in Europe. It’s ok if you changed your mind. We’ll gladly accept your returned order within 14 days from the date of shipping.The article must be in the in their entirely and must not be damaged. If it does not meet the requirements, Ghevento reserves the right not to accept the returned.To start the process, please send us an email to info@ghevento.it with the following information:

• Order number

• The issue (faulty product, wrong size)

• What you’d like (exchange or refund)

You will receive an email to organize for the pick up and the return.Once received the article we will refund you with the same payment method you used for the purchase.If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email us.
